September 16, 2016 Day 16 of the Vlog Challenge
I’m always talking about being mentally strong and how to become mentally strong. What about where you are right now mentally. Maybe you’re like me, I’m stressed out, been up all night with our kids, I was so mentally Fragile that the next pebble thrown at me was going to shatter me like glass. So, you may be asking yourself, how did I make it through?
It’s my awareness. I was aware that I was fragile mentally and I was about to break. I had to slow down and take it one step at a time. That’s my challenge for you today. Find a way for you to be aware of your thoughts, feelings and emotions. How do you do that? That’s the true challenge. You need to meditate. Once you start meditating you find that awareness and you can see your thoughts. You can see your thoughts and before you react to them. That way you can catch the pebble before it shatters you.
